Delay shipment not as per promised even though delivered safely. Had to give my honest opinion
I’m relieved to hear that all the items arrived safely.
We’ve had around 10 transactions together, and you’ve always shared such kind and positive feedback with me. So, to be honest, I feel a little sad that this one shipping delay resulted in a 1-star review.
However, I fully understand that the delay was my responsibility, and I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I’ll do my best to make sure this doesn’t happen again in the future.
