Product Prices
Please refer to each product page for pricing. All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include Japanese consumption tax where applicable.

Payment Timing
Payment is processed at the time your order is placed.
Shipping
Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.
International orders are shipped via UPS Express, FedEx Express, or DHL Express. The shipping carrier will be selected based on the destination.
Order Cancellation
Due to the nature of our products and frequent market price fluctuations, all sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once payment has been completed.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind or customer preference.
If you receive an incorrect item or there is an error caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or Instagram DM. After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund if applicable.
Damage or loss during shipping will be handled in accordance with the shipping carrier’s compensation policy.
Refunds
If a return is approved due to our error, a refund will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our mistake (such as an incorrect item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Returns or exchanges requested for customer convenience are not accepted.
